United States Fifth Circuit

Singh v. Barr, 17-60821

Denied an alien's petition for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals decision ordering him and his wife and two children removed. Although the India citizen had been persecuted in the past on account of his religion and political opinion, the government rebutted the presumption of future persecution by showing a fundamental change in circumstances.
