Bank of Louisiana v. FDIC, 17-30044

Held that a bank could not proceed with its lawsuit against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. There was no subject matter jurisdiction over this case in which the bank claimed that the FDIC violated its constitutional rights in connection with administrative enforcement proceedings. Affirmed a dismissal.
