Arizmendi v. Gabbert, 17-40597
Held that a school district's criminal investigator was entitled to qualified immunity for allegedly providing a false affidavit in support of a warrant for the arrest of a high school teacher. The investigator was looking into whether the school principal's niece was given an inflated grade. Reversed the denial of summary judgment.
