United States Fifth Circuit
US v. Cabello, 18-10001
Affirmed the imposition of a visitation condition as part of a defendant's supervised release. There was no plain error in imposing this condition, which required him to permit a probation officer to visit him at any time at home or elsewhere. He argued that the trial judge at least must explain the reasons why it was necessary here.
