Wallace v. Andeavor Corp., 17-50927

Held that a company did not violate the Sarbanes-Oxley Act's whistleblower retaliation provisions when it fired one of its vice presidents. He did not have an objectively reasonable belief that a violation of Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements had occurred. Affirmed summary judgment in favor of the company.
