Anderson v. Valdez, 17-41243

Held that the chief justice of a Texas appeals court possessed qualified immunity from a claim that he interfered with a staff attorney's hiring as retaliation for an ethics complaint the attorney had made. Reversed an order denying the chief justice's motion for summary judgment.
