Janvey v. GMAG, L.L.C., 17-11526

Held that investors were not entitled to retain millions of dollars in fraudulent transfers received while on inquiry notice of a Ponzi scheme. They lacked a good faith affirmative defense under the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. Reversed and rendered judgment in favor of a financial firm's court-appointed receiver.
