US v. Lewis, 17-50526

Held that a conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act robbery could not serve as the predicate for a conviction of using a firearm during a crime of violence, because the conspiracy was not a crime of violence; following US v. Davis, 903 F.3d 483 (5th Cir. 2018), petition for cert. filed. Vacated the defendant's sentence and remanded for resentencing.
