Barry v. Freshour, 17-20726

Held that the Texas Medical Board did not violate a physician's Fourth Amendment rights when it used its subpoena authority to gain immediate access to his patients' medical records at a health clinic where he worked part-time. Reversed the denial of a motion to dismiss.
