Shumpert v. City of Tupelo, Mississippi, 17-60774

Held that a city and one of its police officers were not liable for the death of a suspect that the officer shot during a physical struggle while attempting to make an arrest. Affirmed summary judgment dismissing Fourth Amendment excessive force and state law claims.
