Alvarez v. City of Brownsville, 16-40772

Held en banc that the City of Brownsville was not liable in a civil rights action for failing to disclose exculpatory video evidence that would have shown that a detainee convicted of assaulting a law enforcement officer was innocent of the crime; there was no municipal liability as a matter of law. Reversed a $2.3 million judgment against the city.
