US v. Shabazz, 10-10553

In a prosecution for conspiracy to utter and possess counterfeit securities, defendant's sentence following the revocation of his supervised release is affirmed where 18 U.S.C. section 3583(e)(3) did not require aggregation of imprisonment imposed upon revocation of supervised release and affirm the district court’s revocation sentence.
