Floyd v. Amite Cty. Sch. Dist., 08-60799

In an action alleging that Defendant high school terminated Plaintiff as principal on racially discriminatory grounds, summary judgment for Defendants is affirmed where Plaintiff's evidence did not indicate that any animus by his employer was directed at him because of his relationship with white athletes.
