St. Paul Fire & Marine Ins. Co. v. Labuzan, 08-20229

In a bankruptcy adversary proceeding, an order precluding certain creditors from asserting a claim for violation of the automatic stay is reversed where creditors had standing to claim damages based on violations of the bankruptcy automatic-stay provision, 11 U.S.C. section 362(k).
