Defendants' wire fraud convictions and sentences are affirmed where: 1) a witness's stricken testimony could not be the basis for a Confrontation Clause violation; and 2) the District Court correctly considered only whether an officer was objectively reasonable in relying on a witness's statements for the purposes of a suppression hearing.
