Goodman v. Harris Cty., 07-20816

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action alleging excessive force by Defendant police officer in shooting a suspect, judgment for Plaintiff is affirmed where a reasonable jury could conclude that Defendant's use of force was not reasonable under the circumstances known to him at the time of the incident.
