The denial of Plaintiff's application for supplemental security income benefits is affirmed, where Listing 12.05 in 20 C.F.R. ch. III, pt. 404, subpt. P, app. 1, requires an independent showing of "significantly subaverage general intellectual functioning with deficits in adaptive functioning initially manifested during the developmental period."
