United States Fifth Circuit

Morgan v. Quarterman, 07-41064

The denial of Petitioner's habeas petition is affirmed, where Petitioner claimed that Respondent-Warden denied him due process by revoking his good-time credits for writing a letter containing indecent language to opposing counsel, but Respondent had a legitimate penological interest in rehabilitation that justified disciplining Petitioner.
