In a capital habeas matter, the denial of Petitioner's petition is affirmed, where 1) there was no basis to overturn the District Court's finding that a juror did not lie on a questionnaire about his involvement with drugs; and 2) even if the shackling of Petitioner in the courtroom was erroneous, the state showed beyond a reasonable doubt that any error was not prejudicial.
