Dore Energy Corp. v. Prospective Inv. & Trading Co., 08-30186

In an action for termination of an oil well lease based on the lease owners' alleged failure to negotiate regarding the shape of the producing units as required by a settlement agreement, summary judgment for Plaintiff is reversed, where the District Court did not address whether the parties had failed to negotiate within a reasonable time.
