United States Fifth Circuit

US v. Brigham, 08-10315

The revocation of Defendant's supervised release is affirmed, where: 1) the District Court did not err by reviewing the Magistrate Judge's determination that Defendant should be released; and 2) the order that Defendant take a polygraph test did not violate the Fifth Amendment because the evidence obtained from the test could not incriminate him.
