United States Fifth Circuit
US v. London, 07-31092
Defendant's drug and firearm convictions are affirmed, where the District Court: 1) properly denied Defendant's motion to suppress because the factual basis of the plea colloquy supported a finding that Defendant possessed the firearm in furtherance of a drug crime; and 2) did not abuse its discretion in denying Defendant's motion to withdraw his plea.
