Singh v. Holder, 08-20065

In an action challenging the rejection of Plaintiff's application for naturalization, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed where: 1) Plaintiff could not collaterally attack his prior state conviction in the naturalization proceeding; and 2) the date of Plaintiff's conviction of that offense was the date on which he was sentenced.
