US v. Setser, 07-10199

Defendants' wire and mail fraud convictions are affirmed, where: 1) the Fourth Amendment permitted a warrantless search by a receiver appointed for Defendants' business; and 2) in any event Defendants failed to show what improperly acquired evidence was introduced by the government at trial.
