In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action alleging an illegal SWAT team raid on Plaintiffs' bar, the denial of qualified immunity to Defendant-Officers is affirmed, where the alleged search lacked a warrant, was unreasonably violent, and was not justified by state statutes permitting administrative inspections.
