In a breach of contract action involving the denial of Plaintiff's equitable share of a membership credit, summary judgment for Plaintiff is affirmed, where, because Plaintiff contracted for "at cost" insurance, Plaintiff was equitably entitled to a share of any announced surplus distribution.
