In an appeal from a state agency's determination that Plaintiff school district denied Defendant child a free appropriate public education under the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, judgment awarding reimbursement to Defendant is affirmed in part, where Plaintiff failed to provide sufficiently individualized services to Defendant, but reversed in part, where Plaintiff had sufficient notice that it might be required to provide reimbursement for a second year.
