Defendant's drug conviction and sentence are affirmed, where: 1) the length of Defendant's pretrial detention was not great enough to violate the Speedy Trial Act or the Sixth Amendment; and 2) there was no evidence that the judge who issued the search warrant at issue was biased against Defendant.
