Tifford v. Tandem Energy Corp., 08-50413
In an action for conversion based on Defendants' refusal to honor a corporate stock certificate, summary judgment for Defendants is reversed where there were genuine issues of material fact as to whether Plaintiff owned an interest in the corporation and whether Defendants' actions unreasonably deprived Plaintiff of that interest.
