Breaux v. Halliburton Energy Servs., 07-30964
In an action for contractual indemnification arising out of a helicopter crash, judgment for Defendants is affirmed, where Plaintiff was not entitled to indemnification under its agreement with Defendants because Plaintiff itself had agreed to indemnify Defendants for the type of loss at issue.
