United States Fifth Circuit

Gomez-Palacios v. Holder, 07-60938

Petition for review of a denial of petitioner's motion to reopen proceedings and to rescind the order of removal that was entered in absentia is denied where there was substantial evidence to support the BIA's finding that petitioner did not receive notice of his hearing because he failed to comply with his obligation to provide the immigration court with current address information.
