United States Fifth Circuit

US v. Jackson, 0751229

Conviction following guilty plea for possession with intent to distribute marijuana and re-sentence to fifteen months imprisonment and seven additional years of supervised release following defendant's violation of conditions of his original three-year term of supervised release is affirmed over claims of error that: 1) the district court erroneously calculated the statutory maximum for his new term of supervised release; and 2) defendant's new seven-year term was unreasonable.
