US v. Ford, 07-20885

Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to commit wire fraud are affirmed where: 1) after viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the jury verdict, the evidence is sufficient to sustain the conviction; 2) the district court did not err in imposing two sentencing enhancements; and 3) the sentence was not objectively unreasonable.
