Goodrum v. Quarterman, 06-20980

In a habeas proceeding by a defendant convicted of sexual assault, denial of habeas relief is affirmed where the state court's rejection of defendant's claim that he had been denied his right to a speedy trial, analyzed under the proper factors test, was not objectively unreasonable or contrary to clearly-established federal law.
