US v. Vera, 07-20516

Supervised-release portion of a sentence for knowingly transporting an illegal alien is vacated and remanded where: 1) defendant had been imprisoned for six months upon a revocation of his initial supervised release; and 2) the maximum allowable supervised release following multiple revocations must be reduced by the aggregate length of any terms of imprisonment that have been imposed upon revocation.
