Mapes v. Bishop, 06-30559

In a suit alleging violations of plaintiff's constitutional rights by arresting officers, dismissal of false-arrest claim is vacated and remanded, and dismissal of all other claims is affirmed where the false-arrest claim accrued on the date defendant was detained pursuant to legal process, and remand was necessary for a determination of that date. (Revised opinion)
