Peres v. Sherman, 07-10764

In a bankruptcy matter, an order affirming a grant of trustee's objections to debtors' exemptions is affirmed where: 1) the circuit court declines to hold that a meeting of creditors is not concluded until such time as the trustee so declares or the court so orders; 2) trustee acted reasonably and had legitimate reasons for adjourning the section 341(a) creditor's meeting for eleven months; 3) written notice is not required if the date of the continuance is set at the original meeting.
