U.S. v. Garcia, 07-50455

A conviction for importing and possessing cocaine and marijuana with intent to distribute is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) a denial of the introduction of a full transcript of defendant's interview with ICE agents under Fed. R. Evid. 106; and 2) even if Rule 106 did not allow the admission of the transcript, the common law rule of completeness did.
