Johnston v. Multidata Sys. Int'l Corp., 07-41232
In an action brought against Delaware and Canadian corporations arising from personal injuries to plaintiffs or their decedents from over-exposure to radiation during therapy in Panama, an interlocutory order refusing to dismiss the case on various grounds is reversed where: 1) Texas cannot exercise general jurisdiction over defendants; and 2) plaintiffs did not allege that specific jurisdiction exists.
