TIG Ins. Co. v. Aon Re, Inc., 05-11450

In an insurer's suit against its broker for failing to provide complete information to a reinsurer with whom the insurer negotiated a reinsurance treaty, summary judgment ruling that the insurer take nothing is affirmed where the district court properly ruled on issues regarding the statute of limitations, discovery rule, and common law indemnity.
