A conviction and sentence for forcibly assaulting a federal officer is affirmed over claims that: 1) the evidence was insufficient to sustain the conviction; 2) the district court erred when it applied a four-level enhancement under U.S.S.G. section 2A2.2(b)(2)(A) on the basis that a dangerous weapon was "otherwise used" during the assault; and 3) he should not have been given a six-level enhancement under the Guidelines on the basis that he was motivated in committing the assault by the officer's status as a government employee.
