US v. Williams, 06-30010
A non-Guidelines sentence imposed on remand, for federal conspiracy, fraud, money laundering, and criminal forfeiture, is affirmed where, although the sentence was the same as the one originally imposed, the district court did not violate the law of the case in imposing the sentence and the sentence was not unreasonable.
