Anderson v. Sch. Bd. of Madison County, 06-60902

In proceedings involving a Mississippi school district's compliance with federal court orders to desegregate its schools, grant of school district's motion for unitary status is affirmed where the matters decided below were ripe for judicial review and there was no clear error in findings that: 1) the school district complied in good faith with the desegregation orders for a reasonable amount of time; and 2) the district eliminated the vestiges of prior de jure segregation to the extent practicable.
