United States Fifth Circuit

US v. Skelton, 06-51528

A conviction for violating 18 U.S.C. section 875(b) is affirmed over claims that the district court's limitations on cross-examination violated defendant's Sixth Amendment confrontation right and right to present a complete defense, and that the district court abused its discretion by denying a proposed jury instruction.
