Stroman Realty, Inc. v. Wercinski, 06-20095

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action involving plaintiff's challenge to attempts by the Commissioner of the Arizona Department of Real Estate to exercise regulatory authority over plaintiff's timeshare sales business, dismissal of the action is affirmed as the federal district court in Texas lacked personal jurisdiction over the defendant.
