A sentence for illegal reentry after deportation is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court erred in increasing his sentence for obstruction of justice under the Sentencing Guidelines based on defendant's false contention that he needed an interpreter; and 2) the district court erred in refusing to reduce his offense level for acceptance of responsibility.
