Pierce v. Dep't of the US Air Force, 06-61050

In an action brought against the Air Force alleging a violation of the Privacy Act of 1974, involving an investigation and a report regarding alleged wrongful conduct and improprieties by plaintiff, summary judgment for the Air Force is affirmed where the documents at issue were not "records" contained within a system of records" for purposes of the Privacy Act.
