In copyright infringement action brought by an aspiring singer and songwriter against Beyonc- Knowles and others, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where plaintiff could not prove Beyonc- had access to her demo tape before composing the allegedly infringing elements of her own song, "Baby Boy".
