United States Fifth Circuit

In The Matter of: Pratt, 07-10422

In an adversary action against a bankruptcy debtor where the accuracy of a stenographic transcript came into question, an order denying plaintiff access to audiotapes of a bankruptcy court hearing is affirmed over plaintiff's claims that the contentiousness of the hearing, the original judge's recusal, and the recused judge's review of the transcript prior to it being received by the current judge, supported its claims of inaccuracy.
