Price v. Rosiek Constr. Co., 06-41304

In a Title VII and 42 U.S.C. section 1981a suit against defendant-construction company alleging that plaintiff was discharged because he is African-American, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) the weight of the evidence against plaintiff; 2) the exclusion of certain testimony; and 3) certain jury instructions.
